Where Your Money Goes

PyCon Namibia is run by volunteers on a non-profit basis. Sponsorship contributions cover:

• Catering and refreshments
• Venue rental
• Technical services
• Financial assistance for accommodation and travel for attendees and speakers with limited budgets
• Support for Education Day participants and Women in Tech initiatives
• Video recordings of talks
• Conference merchandise and program booklet
• Basic operational expenses
• Any surplus funds are reinvested into future non-profit events
